People connecting courtside

About Future Courts

Scaling is lonely.

Future Courts is the room where the people who scale finally meet their own — on a court, over a real game, in relationships that actually move a company.

Why we built this

You’ve met a thousand people. You trust a handful.

Conferences hand you business cards. Dinners give you an evening. Neither builds trust. Trust is built shoulder to shoulder — in motion, with a little on the line. That is what a court is for.

Why the court

The healthiest hour you’ll spend.

We didn’t pick racket sports by accident. They do three things nothing else does at once.

Years, not minutes

Racket sports sit at the very top of every longevity study — players live measurably longer. Ninety minutes that pays you back in years.

No ego on court

No titles, no hierarchy. A seed-stage founder and a public-company CMO rally the same ball. The person shows up — not the résumé.

The new golf

Deals and friendships used to take eighteen holes. Padel, pickleball and tennis do it in ninety minutes — and they’re a great deal more fun.

The healthiest hour

+9.7years

Tennis is linked to up to 9.7 extra years of life expectancy — more than running, cycling or the gym, and the most of any activity in the longest study of its kind. Padel and pickleball sit right beside it.

Members connecting beside the court

The game is the excuse. The people are the point.

Why it matters for business

The relationships that move companies.

The intro that closes the round. The operator who has already solved your exact problem. The peer who tells you the truth instead of the pitch. These don’t come from a feed — they come from a room. We curate the room, and a good room pays off for years. For the people building growth, GTM and the companies defining what’s next, that is the whole game.

Curated. On purpose.

Not open to everyone.

Every request is read by a person. We ask about your work and your game, and we keep the field at the right level — so the matches are real and the room is right. This isn’t a drop-in. The bar is the point.

The community

It doesn’t end at the final point.

The match is the start. Play once and you’re part of a circle that spans six cities — Tokyo to New York — and compounds every year. One community, connected across the world, for the long run.

Who’s behind it

Built by someone who scales.

Future Courts is founded by Sebastian Gier — co-founder of Footprint Intelligence (AI sustainability), founder of the FastForward studio, host of the DDX Conference, and formerly UX/UI Design Lead at BMW Group. It grew out of DDX, where padel became the after-conference court. DDX × Future Courts.
